Worldwide Shipping Times

We ship to the whole world. The exceptions are where there is a conflict, such as war or natural disasters.

 

Delivery times

UK 3 - 5 days

Europe 5 - 10 days

US 8 - 12 days 

The rest of the world is 10 - 21 days

If you want to return an item, we're happy to help!

  • Request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • We'll cover return shipping if we make a mistake.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Contact us for a return address.

We want you to be delighted with your artwork from Simon Burdge's Gallery. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement as requested.
Please note that custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy in full

You must contact us within 30 days after the package is delivered to be eligible for a refund. If it's been more than 30 days, unfortunately, we won't be able to refund you.

 

  • We'll cover the cost of return shipping if you received the wrong or damaged item, but if not, you'll need to cover the cost of carriage yourself.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It also needs to be in the original packaging.

  • Please ensure the package you receive is in good condition and not damaged. Please do not sign for the parcel if it shows damage due to the carriage.

  • If you're ready to return your product, contact us, and we'll provide you with our current return address.

  • We want to ensure you're delighted with your purchase, so don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything we can do to help.

 Refunds (if applicable)

We'll email you when we receive your return and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you'll receive a credit to your original payment method within five business days.

 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Check your bank account if you're still waiting for your refund. Then, contact your credit card company, as the refund may take some time to arrive. After that, contact your bank, as there is usually a processing time before the refund return. Please contact us if you have completed all these steps and still need to receive your refund.

 Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
